Terms and Conditions

We accept returns within 7 working days of when you received it.
To return merchandise please call us (413)627-4030 within 7 days to get a return authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  
There are occasions when the item returned, will be send back to a different address.  
Merchandise must be unused, and must be clean, and in the same condition as you received it.
Special orders or make-ups are not returnable.
We stand behind our products and will replace or repair any merchandise that is defective under normal use,
within a reasonable time frame.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For specials that offer FREE SHIPPING this applies to ground shipping only within the contiguous US only.
If the merchandise is returned, the original shipping charges will be charged back to customer.
